You will receive an email from GiveHopeFund.com with instructions for the required documents. Please submit all the required documents mentioned in the email in order to complete your application.
The email you will receive will have the following information:
- Confirmation that your form was received.
- A full checklist of all required documents.
- Instructions for emailing your documents securely.
- Important deadlines (document submission, interviews, decision date).
- A reminder about the privacy and data-security guidelines.
- Our contact information if clarification is needed.
If you do not receive the instructions email from GiveHopeFund.com after you submit your online application form (Step 1), please check your spam folder. If you still have not received the instructions email 24 hours from the time you submit the online application form (Step 1), please contact us to ensure your application was received successfully.
Step 3
Submission Confirmation (Auto-Receipt)
After you submit the online application form, you will automatically receive a confirmation email sent to the address you provided.
This auto-receipt will include:
- Confirmation that your form was received.
- A full checklist of all required documents.
- Instructions for emailing your documents securely.
- Important deadlines (document submission, interviews, decision date).
- A reminder about the privacy and data-security guidelines.
- Our contact information if clarification is needed.
If you do not receive the auto-receipt within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us to ensure your application was received successfully.
Important Security Notice
- To protect your privacy, do not upload or submit any sensitive personal information through this website. The application form collects basic eligibility and contact details only.
- All required documents — including transcripts, recommendations, proof of residency, financial need documentation, and ID copies — must be sent by email to our secure Google Workspace address listed on this page.
- We do not store applicant data on the website or in any WordPress database. All documents are handled through a restricted-access Google Drive, following the Give Hope Fund’s privacy and data-security policy.
- If a document contains sensitive identifiers (such as Social Security Numbers or full Driver’s License numbers), please redact or omit them before sending unless specifically required by our committee.
- Your data is kept confidential and is only accessible to authorized members of the AACC Education Committee.
